About Me!
I'm currently a first year university student at York University in Ontario, Canada. The program I am in is called city planning and it has helped me see the world in layers, how places are designed and how the spaces we live in shape and influence our experiences.
I am especially interested in how cities grow and how planning decisions affect equity and daily community life.
Outside of class, I’m usually painting, drawing, or taking photos. I love all forms of art, and I often use sketching or photography to study buildings, streets, and public spaces. I enjoy visiting galleries and exploring different neighbourhoods for inspiration.
Art has been a hobby of mine since I was young, and that has evolved into a fundamental part of my life. As an artist, a lot of the work I create is based on my own experiences and interests. I like to use my art to explore complex issues that affect me personally, as I have first hand experience with these challenges. I believe those who have lived through such issues are the most authentic voices to hear from and this is shown through my art.
In the future, I’m looking to blend my artistic side with my planning background, whether that means working on community‑focused design, creating more livable cities, or finding ways to make urban spaces feel more human and expressive.
